Returns & Exchanges Policy
RYG LIGHT LLC only exchanges defective items. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds for online purchases: Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) any item not in its original condition or packing, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
RYG LIGHT LLC. May cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
